i've seen this project in two varieties.
one is a photo a day and the other is a self portrait a day. both are to log a day in your life over the course of a year while making sure that pick up your camera every day and in the process, improve your skill....
i'm going to do a mixture of the two. i take photos every day no matter what... they just don't all end up here. :o)

okay i am sure that this ruby throated hummingbird is probably a male but i don't care! i named her Harriett! :o)
two weekends ago, i got a new feeder and this bossy lil girl has decided it's hers! she chases everyone else away from sun up to sun down! it's so much fun to watch.
we took a walk along the patrol road tonite after dinner. i was all ready to shoot some wildlife and flowers. nature didn't cooperate with me! it's been chilly (low 70s) all day and right as we were headed out, it got overcast. so the light was very limited. disappointing but oh well.
instead, it's Harriett!
until tomorrow...
