started July 14 '08...
i've seen this project in two varieties.
one is a photo a day and the other is a self portrait a day. both are to log a day in your life over the course of a year while making sure that pick up your camera every day and in the process, improve your skill....
i'm going to do a mixture of the two. i take photos every day no matter what... they just don't all end up here. :o)

we went for a drive this afternoon and ended up at the Navy's stables in town. a red tailed hawk w/ the remains of his kill was the shot I wanted, but I was w/o my telephoto. getting closer to him only scared him off his fence post perch. drat!
instead, this beautiful trio caught my eye.... well, mostly the goober in the middle rolling around in the grass like a pup. silly horse.
